Who We Are

QSR Collective is a distinguished food and beverage company based in Victoria, Australia, that has rapidly expanded to become one of Melbourne's most reputable food groups. Its presence is widespread, encompassing both the convenience and food service sectors.

The company's inception in 2014 marked the launch of EzyMart in Melbourne, which was introduced to Melbourne's CBD market to address the need for greater convenience and diversity. EzyMart has since flourished, with a current footprint of 26 locations throughout Melbourne.

In 2016, QSR Collective shifted its focus to the food service industry, crafting a trio of
much-loved concepts - Mipasto, Burgertory & Bean Lab - that have since gained popularity in the Victorian market, with Burgertory being the most prominent and becoming the largest independently owned gourmet burger chain in Australia.

Our cafès and restaurants are often found in the heart of neighbourhoods where locals gather to enjoy exceptional food and service in an inviting atmosphere.

CEO & Founder, Hash Tayeh

CEO and Founder of QSR Collective, Hasheam Tayeh is an accomplished, well respected businessman and proactive community member. Hasheam has completed studies in Banking, Finance and International Trade at Victoria University after attending Qatar Leadership Academy, which helped develop his skills in integral leadership.

This established Hasheam’s fundamental core values of Honesty, Loyalty, Integrity and Team Work. An ambitious entrepreneur, Hasheam embarked into the convenience store industry which was a key milestone in his journey. Hasheam rolled out the expansion of EzyMart’s Victorian wing; having started with one site in 2014, it has since grown to 26 sites across Victoria. In 2018 he saw the establishment of three new and exciting brands Mipasto, Bean Lab and Burgertory. Fast forward to 2023 these three brands have expanded in to more than 40 locations across Victoria.

Hasheam, a visionary, attributes his ability to simultaneously operate multiple brands due to the support from his talented team. Together they offer customers a captivating experience, renowned customer service and the highest quality foods. 

Hasheam aspires to continue growth and expansion across Australia, supporting local communities and creating job opportunities.
